We offer minor and major tune-ups, fuel and air induction services. We offer engine cooling system flushes, transmission fluid exchanges, brake fluid exchanges, and all differential fluid services. We repair steering and suspension systems and perform wheel alignments. We are not an official inspection station and do not perform North Carolina State Inspections. We do not service motorcycles, sling shots, R.V's, motor homes, or heavy duty trucks with gross vehicle rating over 9,000 pounds.

Yes! We use high-quality parts for all repairs and replacements to ensure the longevity and reliability of your vehicle. When available, we use OEM parts for best performance.

Appointments are recommended for most services to ensure prompt attention, but we also accept walk-ins depending on shop availability.

The duration depends on the type of service. Routine maintenance like oil changes or tire rotations can often be completed the same day. Major repairs such as engine or transmission work may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you schedule.

Yes, South Charlotte Automotive has a night drop box for our customers that need to drop their vehicles off before or after business hours.

Yes, South Charlotte Automotive sells new tires only for cars, suv's, and light duty trucks. We do not sell used tires. Please provide year, make, model, trim level, and current tire size when requesting quote on new tires.
